A small fisher village of Izmir is called Foca, Focaea, whose name come from the animal...Now, there are less and less and the latest news from a rehabilitation center for one of the seals say that the animal there (Badem) is being beaten in the center in order to be &quot;tamed&quot;...I feel so sorry for such creatures, whose numbers are reduced to several hundred because of human activities...</description>
