Ecology Global Network is collaborating with China Green Channel International to reach all China starting early 2012.

Ecology Communications Group, Inc., parent of Ecology Global Network, has signed a memorandum of agreement with the China Green Channel International, a Canada/China joint venture in association with China Education TV (CETV).

The mission of China Green Channel International is to serve as China’s lead provider of television and online services dedicated to the environment, climate change, conservation, the green economy, clean technology and healthy lifestyle.

CETV reaches over 600 million people on television throughout China, and serves schools and universities throughout the country, as well as through radio and on-line services. These services include a modern New Media Learning Platform, or “Open Mall” of digital media designed to reach young people and students of all ages, in and out of school. At this stage, most importantly, CETV’s Early Learning Television channel (pre-school to 8 years) and Documentary Channel (Ch 3) are being made available to China Green Channel International as a first step toward the creation of a full, standalone service on the environment. It is here that Ecology Global Network and China Green Channel International are beginning their work with CETV.

Ecology Global Network and China Green Channel International have commenced the development and creation of programming, content and services for an upcoming launch in early 2012.

You will be hearing more about this exciting international initiative in the weeks and months ahead.
